Our ask was to find a way to age up the franchise to serve adults, teens, and children alike.
Approach
We wanted to create a cool piece of key art that looked like a concert poster while showcasing everyone's favorite modern Trolls.
Results
With the black background and red backlighting, we solved the audience age issue. The film was released On Demand shortly after movie theatres closed due to the pandemic, and it quickly enjoyed the largest digital film release on record!
