The restaurant is one of the few restaurant serving Japanese cuisine both in traditional and modern style. We needed to combine old and new elements in design.
Name of the restaurant “Mastu” means “pine” in Japanese, so that we used as a motif.
In Japan, pine trees planted beside of the entrance column are called “monkaburi no matsu”, or pine tree, are said to play an important role to represent the family.
The logo was designed simply and in stylish manner depicting the high quality, and the hexagonal frame is coming from an auspicious turtle shells, wishing for a lot of customers.
