The concept behind the gig poster is simple, as I drowned my ears in Modern Baseball’s music throughout the project. Their music is up-beat and dance-able, as far as rock n’ roll goes, but their lyrics are quite melancholy to say the least. When you listen to Modern Baseball, the music it’s self is sweet and fun, like ice cream. If you take the time to sit back and listen to the lyrics they are sad and low like dropping said ice cream on the ground.
