Our assignment was to generate customer excitement and develop materials supporting Franchisee sales of the most compact 1/4" Drive Ratchet that Snap-on has brought to market.
In a category that tends to focus on application imagery to illustrate product benefits, we chose to be disruptive visually. In doing so, we were able to engage and educate the customer while ensuring the contact would be memorable. The photography was featured in all social elements of the campaign.
Franchisees were able to quickly educate customers on the differentiating product benefit of this tool and blanket their sales route with a high efficiency “project sale” effort––leading to a successful launch of this innovative product.
