My goal was to present this building in a graphic and abstract way in order to catch the attention of the viewer. I went back a few times until the weather conditions were ideal for a B&W, mainly darker tone interpretation, with the building framing and leading the eye to the aircraft, ( dropped in ) which I though contrasted the old and the new.

I scouted the location with a wide angle lens to achieve the strong converging lines and balance the image in an abstract and graphic way. I'm always drawn to darker tones, so that the lighter point of focus is guided by the architectural shapes, and not in competition with them.
