Every two years, the Antiquarian book fair is held in San Francisco. The use of the letter “A” has been the consistent identity for the fair, over the past three events. Previously we’ve used Firmin Didot to New Stacks. The letter form is combined with patterns from contradicting design periods (marbleized paper, Japanese prints, William Morris prints etc.) This poster incorporates a psychedelic pattern from the 60’s.
