Assignment
Inspired by F. T. Marinetti’s ‘Futurist Manifesto’ (1909), the ‘Togetherness Manifesto’ sings the love and respect of others. The goal of the poster is to deliver the message of 'Togetherness Manifesto' corresponding with the structure of the graphic.
Approach
Starting from the Swiss grids, the form of the Togetherness Manifesto evolves into a colorful graphic poster, breaking the grids with the same typeface, Moderate. Representing each individual, the geometric elements are bonded together. Warm colors represent individuals and the shapes show the different characteristics of individuals.
Results
From black and white Swiss typography, which is the basis of graphic design, to create a unique graphic poster, I learned the characteristics of each and sought a way to best express togetherness. This poster will encourage the public to think and work together.
