The Grand Hôtel Stockholm is the only 5 star hotel in Scandinavia, offering guests a luxurious experience since 1874. Among several restaurants the hotel also offers a bar – The Cadier Bar – for anyone in the mood for a glass of red wine, a bottle of Bollinger or a glass of perfectly stirred Martini.
The Cadier Bar needed help with designing and creating a format for what became, the Cadier Bar Mix Max menu. Grand Hôtel had just hired one of the most creative bartenders in the world, Emil Åreng, and he was set the task to create an exciting offering that would attract a younger clientele and put the Cadier Bar on the map of the world’s best bars.
