American Standard is sold through a network of dealers across the country, so to reach customers we first have to reach dealers—convincing them to carry our products over the competition.
Talk to any HVAC dealer and they’ll have a lot of interesting stories to share. Going into peoples’ homes means they come across some pretty unique situations. We wanted to use these stories to let dealers know that carrying reliable products has benefits for them as well. The less they have to worry about the products themselves, the more they can focus on other aspects of their job.
The campaign stood out amongst publications filled with product specs and cluttered information. It’s still in its first few weeks, but so far there has been a significant spike in site traffic and online applications.
