After 21 years, Wongdoody moved away from its original bank-like logo, opting for a fresh new identity. The former black and green color palette was amped up with an array of custom neon shades to capture Wongdoody’s energy, boldness and enthusiasm, and a simple design kept the memorable name as the hero.
Approach
The wink-and-nod comes from the numerous memorable hack-jobs of Wongdoody’s name ever since the agency’s inception. What began as a pain point soon became a great way to break the ice with new clients. To honor that, these frequently mangled names appear throughout the new identity, in a graphical text treatment on the back of new business cards and across the website.
