The client who invited us to design a Wayfinding Master Plan to guide visitors and new employees in a revitalized 30 square block urban neighborhood gave us only two requirements: 1. don't use the company name on the graphics; 2. add "Easter Eggs", delightful and interesting images employees would find in surprising places.
The "Easter Eggs" and cohesive design language we developed are embedded throughout the exterior Wayfinding program and interior graphics and enjoyed by both visitors and the 27,000 team members.
The program has been implemented across the neighborhood and into eight buildings to date.
