The approach was to obtain a color palette that would enhance the dull blue of the watch face and then find a way to fill in the negative space on the left of the frame.
Results
Through the use of a neutral background the color of the watch stands out much further highlighting its beauty. The issue with the negative space was tackled by using Photoshop to composite duplicates of the dial to add a pleasing repetition.
