Philanthropic Ventures Foundation (PVF) is a California Bay-Area charity breaking boundaries in local, hands-on grant making. PVF approached Craig-Teerlink Design to create a new brand identity reflective of the ideas and activities it represents, suited for the mobile/social media age and beyond.
The logo transforms the letters ‘pvf’ to visualize the grass roots, collaborative, action-oriented ‘pvf’ vortex connecting a community for positive change.
The board approved the new brand identity unanimously. The executive director exclaimed, ‘You know a brand is successful when it feels like it has always been ours and you can’t imagine it any other way.’
