With dining rooms closed due to the pandemic, Zaxby’s saw a spike in drive-thru business. But the sales team wanted to make sure people knew there were other ways to get their fried chicken fix. The assignment was to raise awareness on social and raise sales as a result.
Approach
We needed to communicate fast delivery, so the solution needed to be just as fast. Using a metaphor for speed and our iconic to-go packaging, we delivered on the message that Zaxby’s would deliver to your door and would get there fast.
Results
The work was a hit with the clients and, more importantly, the customers. Over the course of lockdown, delivery rose to new benchmarks never achieved before.
