This project was to create a setting for the video and motion track different elements within the scene to tell a story. I was inspired by the destructive nature of small children and decided to create my own Kaiju out of the baby, giving him horns and tail and having him run through and destroy a city.

I was inspired by different Kaiju movies such as Godzilla or Pacific Rim and played with the idea of making a Kaiju of my own. I worked hard to create a believable scene of destruction whilst keeping it lighthearted and so I decided to go with a illustrated look to the buildings and other assets that I created.

Overall my professor Ramsey Ruelas was very pleased with my work and said that I made the idea come to life in my video. I was able to put this into my portfolio and am happy to say it is one of my favorite pieces I've created.
