Baylor Scott & White Health, the largest not-for-profit healthcare system in Texas asked us to create a multi-channel campaign to promote virtual visits and health management through their My BSWHealth app. With many patients putting off in-person visits due to COVID, we were challenged to redefine “connection” and promote the empowering benefits of digital health using this award-wining tool.
Rather than focusing on app technology we wanted people to see what virtual care built for real-life looks like. To show how our digital health app fits seamlessly into your life we took viewers on a sound-driven, fast-paced journey showing how patients’ everyday healthcare challenges can be easily solved by the My BSWHealth app.
The campaign has only been in market a few months, so we don’t have final results yet, but our client's excitement about the creative, positive social buzz and promising early results are very encouraging.
