While being in Florence last summer, I did this portrait of Filippo Cameron, who is the Director of the Galileo Museum.

I strolled with Filippo through this Museum at the riverside of the Arno. The museum is part of the famous Uffizi Museum in Florence. We were looking for an interesting angle for this portrait shot. The room with the antique globes has no daylight, only indirect artificial lighting. I decided to do the picture here, because of the room´s beauty.

The lighting is very subtle. For a portrait shot kind of demanding. I like very much the allover golden atmosphere in this picture which gives the antique look.
