Real Properties is a newly established full service realestate agency. Hoyne’s assignment was to name, brand and position them in an already crowded marketplace as transparent, authentic and egoless - a challenge in an industry that often is perceived to be exactly the opposite.

The name Real Properties encompasses the authentic ‘real’ values that the brand stands for, as well as ensuring it was immediately evident what industry the company is part of. The word mark clearly reflects their open approach to property and was used to create a flexible messaging system to communicate the brand values across all platforms. We also introduced a house icon, simple and effective as the universally recognisable symbol of the human home. The Real Properties' colour palette provides a bold, fresh, premium aesthetic that clearly differentiates the company from its industry competitors.
Response to the launch of Real Properties has been exceptionally positive. Since launching the company has grown from a 2 man operation to a 6 person business within the space of 6 months. Real Properties now has two offices in Sydney and Melbourne.
