The assignment was to capture an images of Billions star Asia Kate Dillon, as well as produce a short video Q&A. The location was my midtown studio, and we had about an hour for the entire assignment.
Approach
I had two sets ready to shoot when they walked in, and a separate video set. They were self-styled.
Results
I was extremely happy with the intensity of their expression in this image, and the simple black and white, close-up stripped away all extraneous elements, letting their character shine.
