Create promotional mailers displaying images from the Recycled Beauty photo series. This collection paired and contrasted two kinds of decay, those of ordinary, unused trash items and of decomposing nature. The piece was sent to a select group of creatives.

We wanted to incorporate a light, delicate, and raw quality to the printing and packaging. The packaging fell apart as it was opened, almost breaking away and disintegrating. We used burned parchment paper which was crispy brown to wrap the piece. The images were printed on tissue paper and wrapped between chipboard which, in turn, was wrapped shut with vintage rough thread. A personal note to each recipient was included.

Recycled Beauty received attention in both international and national trade press. We received many positive calls and emails from potential clients who expressed appreciation for both the imagery and the creativity of the packaging.
