This understated, artistically crafted brochure was to make a luxury statement with its small size, and highlight Beringer’s Private Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon as the preeminent Cabernet in Napa Valley. The design was given carte blanche to explore unusual designs, construction, and special printing techniques to accentuate the highly esteemed brand perception of Beringer Private Reserve.
Book binding this smaller format brochure with novel luxury finishes gives this high-end branding brochure an unexpected design finish and a sense of permanence. Unusual and tactile luxury additions – a glued wrap-around, minimally foiled belly band of a totally different stock on the bound cover, and thoughtful use of embellishments such as fly sheets, an interior showcase vineyard photo gatefold spread that opens up to a map and detailed notes and photos of each Single Vineyard, and an extravagant and understated foiled envelope “pocket” glued to blend in with the inside back cover, neatly containing loose insert cards with tasting notes and accolades – captures the quiet essence and prestige of Beringer Private Reserve Cabernet, and how it has come to be the Cabernet of icon status.
