Turner Technology is a Nebraska-based information technology and consulting company.
Ahead of its 25th anniversary, Turner looked to DAAKE to help the organization define its brand, develop a visual identity and position the company for future growth.
Months of research revealed a people-centric organization, deeply committed to the well-being of its employees and culture; as well as the relationships with its clients.
A new logo was designed to reflect this insight. The customized word mark is friendly, authentic and approachable — void of a cliché “tech” visual and trendy sans serif type.
Collateral and stationery was developed for correspondence and new business needs, including a custom folder, sales brochure and foil-stamped notecards for special occasions.
Business cards were designed to reflect the Turner way of doing business on first impression. Employees’ last names were intentionally left off of cards to emphasize Turner’s desire to do business on a first-name basis. Additionally, quotes from a crafted brand manifesto, The Turner Way, appear on the back of cards.
The rebrand was unveiled to employees coinciding with the company’s annual holiday party. Team members received branded items, including apparel, coffee mugs, bags and a 3D-printed, glow-in-the-dark desktop logo.
As a result, the rebrand has helped the company to energize its employees and position Turner Technology in the market for the next 25 years.
