Create a campaign appealing to potential students and their parents positioning Bellarmine University as a world-class educational institution that enlightens, inspires and prepares its graduates for the real world. We needed to differentiate ourselves from other small, private liberal arts colleges in the region.
We spoke in a voice that was uniquely Bellarmine’s, drawing inspiration from one of the university’s guiding figures, Thomas Merton, incorporating quotes from the celebrated monk and mystic. The tone of the campaign is motivational and empowering, but it still manages to capture Merton’s contemplative spirit.
In August 2015, six months after the campaign’s launch, Bellarmine admitted the largest Freshman class in its history.
