KAIYA required branding efforts from the ground up. Name, identity, tone and residential sensibilities were harnessed into a brand that communicates an uncommon place rooted in family and community. A retreat where you feel care-free and cared for.
We created a branding system that feels sophisticated, but is still very approachable. Certain key elements feel modern and bold, and overall, present warmth and softness. Street names as well as brand conscious way-finding elements were also designed.
