The 1918 Wrigley’s Factory in Rosebery, New South Wales was being revived and converted into residential apartments. The blend of the original Chicago-esque architecture by John Burcham Clamp was matched with a new aesthetic, technology and sustainable initiatives and Hoyne created an identity and campaign to seamlessly combine the two.

Industrial at its core, we took old-world robustness, and added a modern green sensibility to it. Rebirthed and reinvigorated, we created a campaign that changed the perception of the area. From its reputation as a industrial suburb, we’ve helped reposition it as a contemporary place to live.

Even with super premium price points, prospective purchasers flocked to enquire. While the campaign has just gone to market, we anticipate a successful outcome for the developer, the buyers, and the local community.
