We were challenged by the client to creatively demonstrate how plastic shows up in negative, foreboding ways in the ocean. Unfortunately it's here to stay and will do us harm.
Approach
Given the abundance of single use plastic, we mainly wanted to showcase these in negative, yet creative ways, while utilizing only plastic in the image. For example, the sky is made using plastic bags stretched and soft in the background.
Results
The images have received thousands of likes on social media, increasing the awareness of the issue.
