Shamobo is a Chinese brand of reusable bottles with ergonomic and sustainable design. The brand name means “treasure of desert,” and it emphasizes how valuable is the water for everyday life.
The main challenge was to create Chinese and English versions of the logotype, taking to account different structures of glyphs in both languages, as well as combine them into the bilingual composition. Clean and elegant lines communicate the quality and pleasant experience of using commonplace things.
Both language versions have a unique but uniform style and are easy to read by the Chinese audience, which is primary. The logotype combines local cultural traditions with modern typography.
