Approach
Wine reviews can often come off a little pretentious with terms like “flowery on the nose” and “tobacco overtones” (what?). So to drum up interest in our wine course and make the wines more approachable, we had a little fun by spoofing the genre.
Results
The result? Big numbers at the weekly gatherings at the bar.
