The Bauhaus Toys logo was produced by Dessa (Millie) Nicholson in Mike Kelley's Logos class. Our assignment was to create an original logo for Bauhaus Toys that embodied the essence of Bauhaus + play. The Bauhaus Toys logo creates a bird's face. A yellow triangle creates the beak, a red triangle creates the head, and a negative space B creates eyes with the help of blue pupils. Bauhaus Toys embodies the shapes and colors of Bauhaus and the playful spirit of a toy bird. The mark is paired with Futura Bold because of Futura's geometric and sturdy quality.
