Metropolitan Ministries wanted this to be different from all the many COVID 19 videos out there. They wanted it to stand out and not get lost in the same, typical, over-used pandemic jargon. Since Metropolitan Ministries is all about hope, we decided to make “Hope” the actual narrator of our video. In the process, we talked about how hope wasn’t social distancing but was spreading from person to person and touching thousands of people each day. In this way, we were able to tell Metropolitan Ministries’ story of hope in a very unique and powerful manner. With little to no budget and a fast turn-around, we had to quickly shoot whatever new footage we could and combine it with some stock and existing imagery. It was a challenge but the compelling narration by Hope really brought it all together.
