To design a band poster that represents some of the themes the band Mount Deed has in their music. The goal with this image was to create a sort of yin and yang of two pieces of subject matter that can at times be controversial. Science and religion.

The artistic creative approach was to do a balancing act with science and religion. But also layer in the idea that without the vessel of a church presumably religion can not reach a transcendence and without the vessel of a space suit we would fail at reaching things like space environments. The image on the surface can be viewed as pretty dark. But once the viewer decodes what is going on, they are left with a humanistic narrative. It's this push and pull of the audience that Mount Deed strives for.

The image/design for the poster was a huge success as people have bought posters and have shown a love for the artwork.
