The illustrations for the logo and the letterhead were all rendered by hand with pen and ink. The drawings were then scanned into photoshop to colorize them and ensure that they all looked cohesive. Choice of paper was also an important factor. I chose an off-white paper with subtle flecks and texture to give the brand an organic and earthy feel. The paper for the letterhead is just transparent enough that the illustrations on the back show through faintly, almost like a water mark.
