National Resources, a real estate and investment firm, asked Mermaid, Inc. to design the brand identity and marketing collateral for their luxurious One Lighthouse Way townhome development, located directly on the Hudson River.
Approach
We created a brand pattern that was reminiscent of the iconic lens used in a lighthouse, and chose colors for the pattern that reflect the sun, sky, water and gardens of this lovely development. We used this brand pattern in all the collateral materials.
Results
The campaign thrilled the client & resulted in an immediate increase in sales.
