The assignment was to take a specialty drink from a store like Central Market and Whole Foods that is not heavily advertised and design a print ad for it.
Mash is a low calorie sparkling fruit drink. It is not a soda, flavored water, or juice, but rather a mash-up of everything good about those three types of drinks. One of their selling points is that they mash together two distinct flavors, some you might not even expect. My approach to this project was to find an eye-catching photograph that visually represented two "sweet" things that you wouldn't expect to go together, but work perfectly and incorporate the product into that image.
My professor absolutely loved the approach that I took and thought the headline "sweet combination" along with the photograph were golden. Sometimes the shortest headlines are the best ones because it's short, and to the point, nothing else needs to be said.
