I created this piece in response to a gallery call for submissions which read:

This pandemic has been hard for all of us. So let’s make some art about it!
A YEAR AND A HALF IN THE LIFE: Student Responses to the Pandemic

Whether it be an internal dialog, conversation, or community response during this past year and a half, fear has consistently reared its head and devolved those interactions into ones of panic. Pan[dem]ic concisely identifies this weighty struggle through transition of color, spacing/omission of letters, and implied diagonal lines.

It's been accepted to the gallery and is on display now through October 24th
