Coolhaus has a cult following of people who love adventurous flavors served up in a way that celebrates each person's individuality, coming together to share their love of ice cream.
Their existing packaging was primarily black & white with pops of color, which gave it an edgy look, but all the copy was confusing and didn't have a clear hierarchy.
The objectives were to refine the communication hierarchy and amplify the Coolhaus personality.
We refined the logo & and hierarchy of communications in a way that's super clear & straightforward, but then integrated these celebratory, more is more illustrations by Mike Perry to express the Coolhaus personality.
We employed pastel backgrounds to help the shopper easily identify their favorite flavor.
The client was thrilled & retailers are excited to bring Coolhaus onto their shelves!!
