Showcase the 19 Dutch Luxury Collection, which features regal service and utmost privacy.
We used a lion theme, illustrated by artist Magnus Gojen, to distinguish the penthouse and luxury collection offering from the rest of the units in the building. Each showcased room reveals a scenario that tells a story between the heroine, her lion, and the great service they receive.
The campaign kept in line with the overall 19 Dutch Story, which was fun and whimsical, and added the element of sophistication, poise, and sensuality. Images were used as 2 story signage on the exterior street level of the building -- helping to bring curious pedestrians into the leasing gallery.
