Six years of consistent client growth led to a need to re-locate Traction Factory office space to a larger office environment. Leveraging the news related to the warehouse remodel, a comprehensive branding plan was developed to spotlight business growth and to connect that growth to the company’s mantra: building momentum.
Starting with the 10,000 square-foot warehouse space, the agency transformed the organization. An evolved corporate identity system was developed from business cards to letterhead t-shirts. A new website was developed and featured the new brand, client work and blog posts featuring agency news. A branded self-promotional video was developed to be shared with business prospects and recruitment candidates. And the agency reinforced its global positioning through its motorsports involvement – while socializing race results and related activities at the website and through social and media relations activities.
Staff retention/recruitment were positively impacted; website traffic was up 156%; business development activity related to video and storytelling opportunities linked to the racing program led to year-over-year growth of 200%; media relations placements related to rebranding activities were up 250%.
