Morla Design was brought in at the very inception of the brand by the SVP of Strategy and New Business. Work was presented directly to the CEO of Williams-Sonoma. The total time to launch the brand, with Morla Design doing all design work and customer touch-points, was nine months. Morla Design designs, produces, and creates all final art, including every page of their retail website, all catalogs, brand copy, naming, packaging, blog, emails, and advertising, custom monograms, and product; virtually every consumer touch point.
