The goal of this poster is to inform, advertise and celebrate the humans who created the COVID-19 vaccine—a scientific breakthrough of 2020. Each person that is part of the COVID-19 vaccine has their name published on this work. The interactive PDF component turns their names into hyperlinks and takes the viewer to that person’s research or website, if available. The poster celebrates 132 humans from 21 different countries—all coming together for the greater good of humanity.

There were 26 iterations before finalizing this version. This first poster starts the Pandemic Poster Series which intends to educate and inform the public. The background contains coronavirus images from the Centers for Disease Control image library that were altered through physical collage techniques that utilized Photoshop for the final image. This poster also serves as an advertisement for the scientists, funders, physicians or manufacturers as a celebration of their achievement.

The poster started a series and intends to grow into a larger exhibition by the end of 2021.
