Ongoing rebranding project of a once-mundane (and actually never fully branded) company of several Rice-cakes lines. Changing the look and feel from top to bottom by creating a unique branding language to a simple line of products, hence upgrading them into a premium subtle look.
In all the brand products, we have taken the liberty of representing the dull-Rice-cake image by the figure of the all-mighty, enchanting and romantic Moon. A line of illustrations was specially designed to depict stories or animals that will represent every specific product and taste. In the bags of flavored snacks for example, the Apple & cinnamon flavor is represented by the snake lurking beneath the apple tree from the garden of Eden biblical story, and in the thin rice cakes the moon is represented by a cresent shaped window in which the cake can be seen, and gold pantone was added for a more premium look. Each pack was given a bright color and silver material for the bag was chosen in order to obtain a conspicuous look on the shelf.
The basic line of cereal cake snacks, which was the first line of products we have designed for the Perach brand has previously won the Graphis 2017 silver award, as well as other international design prizes.
