2021 was 35 years after the Chernobyl accident and 10 years after the Fukushima accident. That's why the 11th International Eco-poster Triennial “The 4th Block” had set the category “35 years of Chernobyl and 10 years of Fukushima”. I created this poster for the category.
Approach
Despite several major accidents, nuclear power plants are still being used and built. The one of certain about the nuclear power plant is if an serious problem occurs once, it produces a huge area that is out of the reach of people. I tried to show that situation simply by this poster.
Results
This poster received the International Jury Honorary Awards at the 11th International Eco-poster Triennial “The 4th Block” and was featured in the exhibition catalogue largely.
