The goal of this project was to create a cohesive branding system, including the mark for a Bookstore. We had to proposed a name as well.
Approach
The creative process began with researching other independent publishers and bookstores to get a better idea of what was already existing in the space. I utilized the brackets as a visual element around my identity system and the form of the butterfly to create a pattern. Then, I carried these across the touch points.
