'Safety Against Violence' was created for the social poster project Poster For Tomorrow. The topic for the 2016 edition of Poster For Tomorrow was 'Make Extremism History'. The concept was combine two simple objects in this case a safety pin and a gun to communicate the message that when the gun is locked in the pin that we have 'Safety Against Violence'.
The approach was to create something that was very simple yet not obvious or boring. Also using two commonly recognised objects makes it easier for the people to connect to the visual communication.
The poster was selected from over 5000 posters to be exhibited in 50 cities around the world and also included in a special limited edition book.
