For this project students had to produce original and unique design concepts that can successfully communicate complex data/information on a topic of their choice.

I chose the Right vs. Left Brain topic because I have always been interested in the different characteristics of each side of the brain. Left handers are known to use the right hemisphere of their brain more and right handers use the left hemisphere. Some researchers believe that left-handed individuals are more creative, artistic, and passionate, whereas right-handers are more logical, scientific, and strategic. Many neuroscientists think this is a myth, but others think it is a true fact.

With the Brain Facts topic I was able to create some interesting illustrations, while informing the target audience. My infographics include data blocks, data circles, data waves and data map visualizations.
