Assignment
This is a personal work and self-portrait of the photographer and family. Strictly imagined, conceived and executed for personal purpose.
Approach
The image was curated, composed, and photographically lit with strobe lights to simulate the glow of the moon light to highlight the family in the dark room. The image is an expression of yearning to give a child everything you possibly can, and to their delight.
Results
As a personal work, the success is subjective. The execution is as imagined, and as the subject and the creator of the image, I am very happy with it and hope this child grows up to enjoy and treasure the image in the future as well.
