A RAM project came up that specified showing the trucks in a rugged environment, but with a focus on the opulent interiors. The environment emphasized the toughness of the trucks, but with glowing light, the attention was really to be on the details of the beautiful interiors.

With this project, we had the opportunity to work with Holger Wild for the first time. He shot the trucks in the Rocky Mountains, where he also shot back plates of magnificent scenery. We constructed the landscape backgrounds as necessary from various images. We added the trucks to the scene and built the interiors by combining many shots, each of which emphasized particular details. We collaborated closely with Holger and created the warmth and feeling of light entering the vehicles through the glass and open doors and windows.

These images became another installment in the successful and award winning relationship between RAM and The Richards Group.
