An experimental type poster that explores the process of physical letterform development and construction.
Approach
Spot To Process is made from layered, hand-cut paint swatch samples. The intent is to represent the color transformation that occurs from solid paint swatches, to a visually similar representation that utilizes an offset CMYK printing process.
Results
The resulting piece belongs to a series of intensive typographic explorations meant to stimulate the boundaries of traditional letterform creation.
