Editorial assignment for The Nature Conservancy Magazine documenting the changes in Mongolia during its rapid economic development. This series represents some personal work that I created during my assignment. I was fascinated in the Mongolian nomadic lifestyle and how rich and vibrant it remains even in the face of Mongolia's rapid economic growth.

I tried not to direct very much at all during these shoots. Mongolian's are the most stoic people I have ever come across and I wanted to capture their confidence and poise without too much interference. Mongolian nomads are intimately connected to the environment and the landscape and so I also wanted to develop that connectivity and render their place in the vastness of the Mongolian Steppe.
