The designer was challenged to create a distinctive trademark for a custom luthier that could be inlaid into custom guitar headstocks.
Approach
Playing off of the name and the experimental nature of the independent company, the design depicts a mascot visualized as a capital S letterform.
Results
The exaggerated letterform also indicates a visual representation of the brand's ability to emit a strong effect on those that experience the instrument.
